Partner Assisted Stretching

Working 1-on-1 with Bailey as your guide unlock your body’s flexibility and mobility potential. Using a technique called PNF stretching and intuitive touch Bailey will move your body through a series stretch positions. With deep breaths and slow movements we will work together to relieve tension, correct imbalances, and reduce pain. Some clients affectionately refer to it as “The Lazy Man’s Yoga'“.

Personal Training

Strength, endurance, power, or just keeping up with maintenance. Everybody has a goal, and all bodies deserve a coach to help them achieve it. Bailey’s coaching style is a strengths based approach, together we will identify what you do best and work to apply that success to all other pursuits.

Strengthen & Stretch

Why not get the best of both worlds? Train hard and fire up those muscles for half the session then stretch out and recover for the second half. Enjoy the benefits of working with a coach who knows your body inside and out.

Every session will get better and better as Bailey learns your body’s unique story and customizes the process to fit your needs. Strength training often reveals pain, tension, and irregular movement patterns which can be addressed immediately with the stretching portion of the session. The hands on nature of partner assisted stretching allows Bailey to feel imbalance within your body. They will work to stretch out the tension and target weak points during the next session of strength training.
